IQC Inspector

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Computer Literate - Ability to use Microsoft Excel Word and SAP.

2. Basic Component Testing (Resistance & Capacitance).

3. Must be able to read engineering drawings/blueprints.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Responsible for incoming parts inspection based on Approved Vendor List provided by the customer.

Responsible for accepting parts inspected based on specs and other customer supplied documentation.

Responsible for rejecting parts if different from what is called out on customer AVL or if not meeting spec.

Responsible for materials movement from receiving to stockroom/warehouse.

Responsible for checking component value.

Job Requirements:

High school education or equivalent

Experience with component ID marking verifying MPN able to read datasheets/specs

Experience in transacting parts in the database (SAP).

SAP Experience is a plus.

Ability to read and understand work instructions

Basic writing and math skills

Good communication skills

Ability to identify components

Ability to interpret quality control specifications

Minimum one year inspection experience in SMT and through-hole printed circuit boards

Experience in contract manufacturing

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers

PCBA inspection experience is preferred
