Catering Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee all catering and private event operations , from inquiry to execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized menus and event experiences that reflect our signature style.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage event logistics, staffing, and scheduling to keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Build relationships with repeat clients and local partners to grow the catering program .

    • Youre a great fit if you :

  • Have 2+ years of catering or event management experience.
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.
  • Excel at communication and client relations.
  • Love hospitality and take pride in exceeding expectations.

    • Floor Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth service, polished presentation, and warm guest interactions.
  • Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs and bar staff for excellent timing and coordination .
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity.

  • Have prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
