Software Engineer (Java)

This is a remote role with a Syrinx Ad Tech Partner

12+ Month Contract with Possible Extension (Syrinx will hire full-time if desired)

We are looking for Java engineers who have worked on Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Storm , Datalakes.

• 3+ years software development experience in Java environments.
• Some Big Data experience with Hadoop, clustering or large data querying
• Experience with CI / CD build tools, and DevOps processes
• Spring : Spring Boot, Spring Data
• API development : The ability to define and build a REST or RPC style API in order to communicate with other parts of platform.
• Experience with API Development and consumption and microservices architecture
