Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based social worker is needed to provide in-person support for students in a full-time contract position located in West Bloomfield, MI. This role focuses on addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs to promote a healthy and productive learning environment. The social worker will collaborate closely with educators, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student challenges.
• Connect families with community resources and support services.
• Facilitate crisis intervention as needed to support student well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with policies.
