The Role :

Location : Louisville, KY

Assignment duration : Start ASAP and work ongoing

Shifts Available : 10, 12 and 14 hour shifts

Call is available but not required at this time

Large Anesthesia team with 41 points of service.

EMR : TBD

Cases : OB, General, GYN, ENT, Ortho, cardiac, neuro and urology.

Credentialing : 90 days

Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
