Our client, a value-based healthcare provider serving local Medicare patients, is looking for a Primary Care provider to work out of a single location with a large support team so their providers can focus on better quality of patient care not a volume of services. They are looking for physicians who are motivated to provide this kind of excellent care to older adults.

Fellowship training in Geriatrics desired, not required.  Would prefer experience practicing medicine with a Geriatric population.  Would prefer experience practicing medicine in a Value-Based healthcare environment.  Experience in outpatient primary care settings.  Competitive Salary.  Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics.  Plenty of PTO.  401K with company match options.  Provide Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance.  CME time and money available.  Tuition Reimbursement.  Medical Malpractice Insurance Provided.  Each physician has dedicated Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant.  Relocation package available.
