A company is looking for a Premier Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily management and system administration support for clients with a Premier Admin Support Subscription
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key users and managers, ensuring alignment of leadership goals with application strategies
Augment client support processes, facilitate issue escalations, and provide user training and documentation
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in application administration for enterprise software solutions
Ability to obtain and retain required federal security clearances
Experience with complex training management software solutions
Two- or four-year degree from an accredited institution in a related field (preferred)
Experience using Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Acadis Readiness Suite and Salesforce CRM (preferred)
