SCOPE : To assess and treat eligible exceptional education students using the school-based occupational or physical therapy approach.

EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

REQUIRED :

  • Bachelor
  • s Degree in Occupational Therapy or successful completion of the Certified Occupation

Therapy Assistant (COTA) Career Mobility Program through the American Occupational Therapy

Association.

  • Bachelor
  • s Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida.
  • Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy.

    • PREFERRED / DESIRED :

  • Master
  • s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy preferred.

    • CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / TRAINING :

    REQUIRED :

  • Valid Florida Driver
  • s License.
