A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Implementation Specialist to act as a liaison between Treasury Management / Merchant Consultants and Operations for customer service needs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Treasury Management / Merchant Work Orders and monitor implementation progress
Review and validate TM / Merchant agreements for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate exception pricing and RM / Sales activities for TM / Merchant products
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree
3 years of experience in Treasury Management / Merchant customer service or onboarding
Ability to work independently under general supervision
Familiarity with product lines, internal policies, and external regulations
