Position Overview :

The Flex Officer position is an on-call role supporting our aviation security operations at Washington Dulles International Airport. Flex Officers play a critical part in maintaining operational continuity by providing surge staffing, additional services, and coverage for staffing shortages, including call-offs, vacations, and other schedule gaps.

This dynamic position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to mobilize quickly to meet operational demands across multiple post assignments within the airport environment.

Security personnel are trained for several different posts including those detailed below. Working in conjunction with the airport and government agencies, the main priority of each position is to ensure that we maintain compliance with local and federal regulations in respect to each of the following :
