Responsibilities
·Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university preferred
·2+ years of related experience
·Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, SW, PSP, SMED, VRK, OEE, TPM, etc.) a plus
·Proven problem solving aptitude using various tools and techniques
·Leadership experience within a team, project, or job
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results
·Comfortable working problems of moderate scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors
·SolidWorks and/or Pro Engineer (ProE) experience a plus
·Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings required
·Experience working in a metric/goal-driven environment
·Hands-on approach/experience with manufacturing processes preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization
