A company is looking for a Care Advocate Coordinator I to support members in navigating healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional member experiences through inbound and outbound calls in a contact center
Act as an advocate for members, resolving issues and connecting them with appropriate resources
Utilize technology and internal resources to guide members through their healthcare journey
Required Qualifications
One year of experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, or call center
High school diploma or GED
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
