"Get on the bench" to Join Our Team as a General Service Automotive Technician!

Are you passionate about automobiles and have a knack for fixing things? Would you like to develop a long term professional career with opportunities to advance and prosper? If so, we want you "on the bench" to join our team at Fincastle Automotive as a General Service Automotive Technician!

We do not have an available position immediately, however, we want to talk to You if you want a chance to be trained, and guided to excellence with a team devoted to offering premium automotive service to each client.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems.
  • Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain service recommendations and current vehicle conditions so they can make informed decisions.

Requirements :

  • Previous training / education or experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Willingness to follow processes and instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
