Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court requirements
Manage e-filing processes for various legal cases, including litigation and real estate matters
Draft motions and other legal paperwork to support attorneys and streamline case preparation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
Proficiency in e-filing systems and legal document formatting
Strong knowledge of litigation, real estate, and business dispute processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to draft and format legal motions and other documentation
