Job Summary

Senior Executive Chef - Morrison Healthcare

Location : Navicent Macon, GA

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000

Schedule : 5-day work week, 1 weekend every 5 weeks (how awesome is that for an executive chef schedule)

Job Summary

As a Senior Executive Chef with Morrison Healthcare, you'll lead culinary operations in a hospital environment where food, wellness, and compassion meet. You'll oversee menu innovation, purchasing, inventory, and cost control while ensuring safe, efficient, and on-trend food production. This is an opportunity to lead a passionate team and make a lasting difference in the lives of patients, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for patient dining, retail, and catering services.
• Establish and maintain high culinary standards focused on quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the culinary team to deliver excellence.
• Champion wellness, sustainability, and seasonal menu development.
• Oversee menu creation, purchasing, inventory, and food cost management.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ServSafe, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with hospital and Morrison leadership to achieve operational goals.
