Who You Are
3–5 years of facilities or office operations experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; shipping / receiving or IT support experience a plus
Valid California driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
What You Will Do
Greet and screen visitors, manage lobby access, and issue badges
Handle incoming / outgoing mail and shipping requests (FedEx / UPS)
Perform light facilities maintenance, including furniture moves, repairs, and supply restocking
Coordinate with vendors and property management on building and equipment needs
Support IT with inventory management, workspace setup, and equipment shipments
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications / certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected pay rate is $34-37 / hour (DOE) for this 5-week contract.
