Responsibilities

V2X is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full life cycle Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing talent across a broad variety of skills sets in support of our corporate functions.

Key responsibilities include :

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination / scheduling, offer negotiation and closing of candidates.
• Create compelling position descriptions and actively market the V2X brand to attract top talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate management process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing.
• Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.
• Work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, and promote effective and efficient hiring practices using consultative skills to influence all levels of internal stakeholders.
• Acts as a recruiting partner and a subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders leveraging recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results.
• Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent.
• Provide recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards, and systems and practice attention to detail and flawless execution throughout the hiring process.
• Represent V2X and its values in all interactions with potential internal and external candidates.
