Specialist - Health, Safety and Environment

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs across our . and Canadian operations. This role ensures compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations, promotes a culture of safety, and supports sustainability initiatives. The HSE Specialist partners with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental stewardship.

What You'll do

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of HSE experience in a multi-site or cross-border environment, required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, WHMIS, and provincial safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), or Certified Healthcare Security Officer (CHSO) is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally across . and Canada.
• Up to 30% domestic and/or international travel, required.
