Enrollment Specialist - MA

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist - MA (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Manage documentation retrieval and ensure timely activation of families into the program

Request and follow up on medical records and prior authorization forms from relevant sources

Foster relationships with referral agencies and PCP offices to enhance communication and referrals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment

Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work across multiple systems

Understanding of end-to-end business operations

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
