Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care. Apply clinical judgment, communication skills, and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the care continuum. Assess patient needs, planning and implementing individualized interventions, while involving patients and families. Engage in professional activities for personal and team development. Ensure knowledge of care specific to the age of patients served. Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Typically, 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to provide holistic patient care and view clinical scenarios from a patient-centered perspective. Confidence and adaptability in response to situational changes. Proficient in computer skills, electronic mail, and medical record systems. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with patients and team members. Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities. Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Capacity for time management and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Team building and collaborative skills. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, and twisting throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry specified weights for patient care. May involve exposure to chemicals, hazardous waste, and biohazards. Effective communication abilities, including speech, vision, and hearing.

Nights, featuring 8 and 12-hour shifts, with a rotation every third weekend and holidays.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
