A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and compliance for a federal contracting workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Administer benefits programs and manage enrollments, billing audits, and vendor issues
Support SCA compliance, including wage determinations and employee notifications
Manage core HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance review support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of benefits administration experience
1+ year supporting SCA wage determinations or fringe benefits
1+ year HR Generalist experience in a government contracting environment
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
