Our growing company is hiring an Operations Coordinator. The Position will be responsible for the company's inventory ordering, manufacturing coordination, and production management functions. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Place, track, and manage purchase orders
  • Coordinate manufacturing schedules
  • Overseas manufacturers to meet deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and fulfillment partners
  • Monitor vendor performance and address supply chain issues proactively
  • Reconciling account balances
  • Assist Director of Operations with all business-related tasks and projects
  • Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
  • Act as decision-maker in the Director's absence
  • Liaison with finance to facilitate payments and collections.
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly
  • Perform other related duties as required

Skills

  • Strong work ethic and technical skills
  • Strong communication skills : capable of presenting information in an easy-to-understand format
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Must organize / prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Able to work and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
