Key Responsibilities
Manage a workload of Complex Long-Term Disability claims independently
Conduct interviews with claimants and review medical records for claim determinations
Collaborate with case managers and medical professionals to ensure timely and ethical claim handling
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
3-5 years of claims experience, regardless of degree
Experience with disability and / or absence management is a plus
