RELATIONS SPECIALIST I WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Relations Specialist I, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees at our client worksites, helping them resolve questions about payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and policies. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment managing high volumes of inquiries across multiple systems while delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service. Your success will be defined by your ability to handle a broad range of employee requests quickly and correctly—all while creating a seamless and supportive experience.
Serve as the frontline support for worksite employees, providing clear and timely assistance on common HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries
Manage high-volume transactional requests via phone, email, and case management tools with a focus on first-contact resolution
Accurately process tier-1 employee changes (e.g., address updates, direct deposit modifications) in accordance with established procedures
Escalate complex or non-routine issues to internal teams with complete, well-documented case history and client-ready summaries
Navigate and operate across multiple internal platforms, ensuring timely, compliant, and professional handling of employee needs

You bring a track record of reliability and are ready to grow within a high-performance support team.
Prior experience in a high-volume customer service, support center, or shared services environment
Proven ability to follow detailed procedures and meet strict turnaround expectations
Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to complete transactions and track interactions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex topics
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive employee data
