Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to business leaders in developing and executing the Workforce Plan
Leverage data-driven insights to influence decision-making across the organization
Establish standardized methodologies for headcount reporting and management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, Corporate Planning, or Management Consulting
Experience as a strategic partner to executive-level business leaders
Ability to translate business strategy into actionable workforce plans
Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools
