Job Title : Temporary Lumper / Freight Handler

Location : Mustang – USA Parkway

Schedule : Usually work 6 – 8 hours a day 1-2 days a week

Pay : $23.00

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and physically fit temporary Lumper to assist with loading and unloading freight and materials in our warehouse and distribution center. This fast-paced role is essential for maintaining efficient operations during busy periods and requires a strong ability to work efficiently in a team to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities :

Receive, unload, and move various freight, materials, and pallets from trucks or containers by hand or using equipment.

Palletize, shrink-wrap, and organize goods for storage or shipment.

Operate motorized pallet jacks and potentially forklifts to transport materials.

Perform accurate inventory checks, verify incoming shipments against order manifests, and note any damaged items.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work and loading area in compliance with all safety guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic logistics environment.  Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to lift and move heavy objects (., 10-50 lbs) consistently.

Strong physical stamina and endurance for a demanding, repetitive physical job.

Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced team setting.

Attention to detail for accurate handling and verification of goods.

Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Experience with pallet jacks and / or forklifts is a plus.

Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet the demands of a temporary position.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $23.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
