Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting managers by overseeing and coordinating multiple aspects of our renewable energy projects. This individual will assist with planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, budgets, and resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen interest in advancing within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Support the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure project schedules are met and adjustments are made as necessary.
• Communication & Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, external contractors, and all stakeholders. Ensure clear and consistent communication across all parties to facilitate project success.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks or challenges and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance and progress against established goals. Provide senior management with timely, accurate, and comprehensive progress reports, highlighting any concerns or potential improvements.
• Team Meeting & Documentation: Assist in organizing and managing all project documentation, including meeting minutes, contracts, schedules, and status reports. Ensure that all documentation is up to date and properly filed.
• Resource Allocation: Work with project managers to ensure proper allocation and efficient use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Coordinate efforts across departments and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed in accordance with project timelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, with a preference for experience in the Solar energy and construction industry.
• A foundational understanding of Solar energy technologies, particularly utility-scale solar projects, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on identifying and mitigating potential risks.
