Position : Pouch Operator

Schedule :

1st shift Monday – Friday, 5 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

2nd shift : Mon - Thurs - 2PM -2AM

Pay : $20 / hour

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Location : Louisville, CO

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable Pouch Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for running machines that produce packaging pouches, checking for quality, and helping with daily production tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate pouch-making machines
  • Inspect materials and finished pouches for quality
  • Perform minor machine maintenance and report issues
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Help with packing, stacking, and transporting boxes
  • Complete production reports and assist team as needed

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in a team environment
