What Youll Be Doing:

• Installing a variety of flooring types including laminate, vinyl plank, engineered wood, tile, and carpet.
• Repairing and replacing flooring after restoration and remodel jobs.
• Ensuring precise cuts, clean finishes, and solid installations.
• Working closely with project managers and remodel teams to keep jobs on time and on budget.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite at all times.
• Delivering excellent customer service and representing Next Level Restoration and Remodel with pride.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in professional flooring installation.
• Proficiency with tools, materials, and installation techniques for various flooring types.
• A keen eye for detail, alignment, and finishing.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong work ethic and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
