Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family Medicine

Providence Medical Group's Eagle Point clinic is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician associate / physician assistant to join its well-established Primary Care facility in Eagle Point, Oregon. Position Details :

• Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
• Unpaneled position; Outpatient care only
• Position is structured to be 2 / 3 patient facing and 1 / 3 desktop coverage
• Will see between 12-14 patients per day once onboarding is completed
• Option to work either 4 or 5 days per week; Monday to Friday
• No call
