Overview

Hiring for a Site Supervisor for our Mail Center in Tempe AZ. This is a one person account dealing with incoming shipping and delivering packages along with mail runs and copier kitchen maintenance on a daily bases for three buildings. Must have a clean MVD to drive company vehicle and great customer service skills.

Location : Tempe Arizona

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $19.00

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Professionalism a plus
• Morning Kitchen checks with stocking supplies
• Inventory checks on kitchen supplies and copier supplies
• Deliver incoming packages and mail to 3 different building
• Mail runs three times a day in all three building on all floors using bar-codesystem
• Daily volume data input
• Place service calls on copiers coffeemachines and water machines as needed
• Daily communication with upper management from the site and corporate offices
• Other misc duties requested by clients on site
