FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Work required : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks. 2 holidays required (1 in summer and 1 in winter). RNs are trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross-trained as Charge RNs. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while floating between multiple units. Adapt to various unit workflows and ensure clinical excellence. Engage in ongoing assessment of patients and implement individualized care plans. Minimum of 18 months of experience (2 years preferred) in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing. Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements as outlined. Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training. Competitive pay with potential for internal float differentials. Licenses & Certifications :
