Project Director - Commercial Mechanical Construction

Location : Charlotte, NC - Local candidates preferred

Compensation : Up to $160,000 base (depending on experience) + benefits

Position Type : Full-Time

Gpac is partnered with a mechanical contractor recently ranked among the Top 10 fastest-growing mechanical construction companies in the U.S. They are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead large-scale commercial mechanical projects in the greater Charlotte, NC area.

Ideal Candidate Will Have :

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction
• Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems (all are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, and BlueBeam
• Experience with P6 preferred
• Autodesk knowledge is a plus
• Proven leadership in managing complex commercial projects and teams
