ROLE DESCRIPTION :

State Farm Agency - Davenport, FL is searching for a competitive Insurance Sales Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Ability to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market insurance products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Establish New Customer insurance accounts
  • Outgoing Phone Calls made daily to generate new auto, home and renters quotes
  • Meet and Exceed Daily Insurance Sales Quotas

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Willingness and Ability to Sell over the phone and in person
  • Communication skills
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field a plus but not required
