Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time including the ability to walk long distances. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment (cleaning products, tools, and ladders) and trash and the ability to safely use the equipment provided. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
