The Job : As the Players Club Manager at Borgata, you will oversee and coordinate the development, execution, and sustainability of program improvement initiatives that align with the property's overall guest experience strategy. In this role, you will proactively identify needs and issues, develop actionable recommendations, and manage the implementation of solutions alongside property operating teams to enhance program delivery and elevate the guest experience. All responsibilities will be executed in accordance with departmental and property policies and procedures.

The Day-To-Day :

• Strategize with management to meet all department, property, and corporate goals and financial initiatives through the analysis of KPIs
• Analyze data and make necessary adjustments to current strategy to improve guest experience through research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new programs, services, products, and technology to maintain competitive position in the market
• Develops and implements programs to increase and improve employee engagement and guest service and aligns with all property and company goals
• Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company's commitment to engagement, purpose, and respect
• Regularly reviews and updates departmental policies and procedures to ensure practices are relevant and up to date

Pay Range : $61,700.00 - $82,300.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
