Engineering Lead

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee Workforce Management solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end WFM solutions using UKG ProWFM and Boomi integration

Collaborate with Product teams and engineers to enhance consumer experiences and drive revenue

Architect integration flows between ProWFM and other enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with security and data governance policies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology roles, with 3+ years specifically in UKG ProWFM implementations

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Proficiency in cloud-based applications and programming languages such as Java or Python

Experience with integration patterns, web services, REST APIs, and API management platforms

Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD tools
