A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer II to resolve complex technical issues and support client success.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to escalated service requests and manage technical issues effectively
Train clients on technical standards and troubleshoot various IT systems and applications
Identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets, while engaging with vendors as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant technical experience or 2 years in a Systems Analyst I role at the company
Experience managing Windows Server, Microsoft / Office 365, Active Directory, and networking technologies
3+ years of experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V and VMware
CCNA, VMware, or Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications are highly desired
Strong knowledge of current IT concepts and practices
