Director of Paper Machine Services

A bit about us :

We are a global industrial technology and engineering organization supporting the pulp & paper manufacturing sector across North America. Our team provides both equipment and lifecycle services that help mills improve machine reliability, operating performance, energy efficiency, and product quality.

This role sits within a growing service division focused on delivering spare parts, rebuilds, upgrades, onsite / offsite maintenance, optimization programs, and strategic service partnerships with mills across the and Canada. The work centers on aligning people, process, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement and customer value.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity overseeing service operations, commercial execution, customer engagement, and internal organizational alignment across multiple regions and product groups.

Location : Position is based in Springfield, MA, but relocation is not required.

Travel : North America with occasional international travel.

Compensation : Competitive base + annual performance bonus + full benefit package.
