Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and others concerning operations, maintenance, inspections and / or permits
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of HVAC equipment / service / installation as needed
• Be able to work independently or with a team and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance
• Must be able to establish, maintain and communicate pleasantly and effectively with supervisors, co-workers, vendors and others and the willingness to accomplish tasks through teamwork
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and make recommendations for other service and repairs issues
• Detail oriented, ability to complete your task entirely in order to meet minimum company standards
• Position requires the ability to climb ladders while carrying tools and / or parts; crawling in attics or under houses; bending, kneeling and stooping as needed
• Diligent and able to follow directions
• Ensures that company property, vehicles and tools are being used and maintained properly
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience required
• Must possess a refrigerant card
• Must adhere to the strictest standards of confidentiality regarding company information, customer records and any related information
• Must show exemplary attendance, dependability and punctuality
• Complete all forms, paperwork, timesheets etc in a neat, timely and complete manner xuwmhxw
• Must be able to occasionally work extended hours during peak summer and winter seasons
• Must own basic tools of the trade necessary to perform duties as assigned, or be able to obtain them
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must have proof of all certifications
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
