GPD is currently seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the continued growth of our Power Utility team in our Akron, Ohio office location. This person would operate as an administrative professional who coordinates and optimizes the project portfolio submittal process while also utilizing their analytical and technological skills to refresh our current process and organizational data system management.

Role Qualifications :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business / Accounting / Engineering Technology.
• 1-3 years of experience in a professional office setting performing administrative and / or analytical tasks.
• Experience working at an engineering firm a plus.
• Proficiency in utilizing Smartsheet and Deltek Vantage a plus.
• Confident ability working within the Microsoft Office Suite : Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Exposure and interest in AutoCAD design a plus.
• Experience navigating through various permitting and project package details for submittals.
• Experience coordinating with leadership, clients and varying levels of the organization.
• Enjoys critically evaluating project processes and client systems and implementing process improvements, developing best practices and finding ways to improve efficiencies.
• Thrives in a collaborative project environment and enjoys all forms of communication while working with clients and team members (virtual, in-person, phone).
