In our Internal Float Pool, you'll gain experience rotating between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU units within Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process by ensuring safe and therapeutic environments in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures. Your ability to use evidence-based practices, clinical decision-making, and compassionate communication will help create safe patient environments and excellent experiences.

Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness. Cooperation with patients and families throughout the care process will help foster therapeutic relationships.

Stay vigilant in monitoring significant changes in patients' conditions, ensuring ongoing assessments are conducted, and taking appropriate actions as needed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimized, patient-centered care.

Licenses & Certifications :

Education : Completion of an accredited program in Nursing is required.
