A full-service medical group with multiple locations in Los Angeles County is seeking an Operations Director.

The Operations Director is a senior leader responsible for overseeing clinical and operational functions of the medical group. This role partners with the Medical Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations, while implementing policies that support productivity, financial performance, and organizational growth aligned with the mission and goals.

This position requires schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends, and may involve working more than 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $170,000/yr-$190,000/yr

Shift: M-F - 8AM–5PM

City: Alhambra, CA

Operations Director Job Requirements:

• 5+ years clinical or medical office management experience, preferably in ambulatory care
• 2+ years of Director level experience
• Knowledge of clinic operations, grant administration, and fiscal management
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
• FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) experience is required
• Primary Care or Multi-Specialty experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
