Primary Function : The Assistant Marketing Operations Analyst function is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis unit, a critical part of Brand Marketing and an In-House Creative Agency. The role demands experience with business operations, high-level project organization and management, invoicing, communication, cross-functional collaboration, data input, attention to detail, partner relationships and integration, and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Marketing Operations Analytics involves data input, organization, communication and attention to detail across invoicing, technology, and operations efforts in a timely manner. This role is functionally supportive to Brand Marketing budget managers and ensures assignments are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and risk acceptance and meet team expectations. Assistant Marketing Operations Analysts daily tasks include invoice reviews and tracking, data input, budget forecasting, time / timeline management, file management, meeting management, and project coordination and coverage across efforts as needed. Payrate : $75k
