Job Description
Do you enjoy caring for people? Are you a team player? Are you ready to get to work now? The DaMar Team is actively seeking out LPNs/RNs for assisted living facilities located in the Indianapolis Metro area.

Client Profile- Medical facility offering independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Daily Task

• Ensure residents receive medications/treatments as prescribed by their physician
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Effectively interact with residents with dementia
• Participate in resident activities
• Incorporate opportunities to create small, but memorable, experiences for residents

Requirements

• Current active state license as LPN/RN
• CPR and First Aid certification a plus

Qualifications
• Valid LPN/RN license from an accredited program. At least one year experience in long term care preferred.
• CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
• Valid DL
• Physical within a year a plus
• Comfortable providing above average patient service, physically able to stand and walk for periods of time
• Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Hours: 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm; 2nd shift 2pm to 10:30pm and 3rd shift 10pm to 6:30am; full time need; Must be okay with working weekends; doubles welcome
• Starting pay $high 20s to $50s hourly based on experience; shift differential
