Job Description :

Manage the day-to-day operations of the reconstruction team. Ensure the reconstruction team is delivering the highest quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers. implement company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Recruit and train Project Managers
• Conduct weekly audits of ongoing projects.
• Assist in locating subcontractors, negotiate vendor pricing.
• Set and maintain sales goals for estimating team.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with all Project Managers.
