Project Manager experienced in managing concrete toourteamtoworkwithintheestablishedcultureandguidelinesoftheCompany.
QualifiedcandidateswillhavestrongcommunicationandITskills,leadershippotentialandatleast7yearsofpriorexperiencemanagingchallengingprojects.

Location : San Francisco Bay Area
Required Experience : 7+ years
Salary Range : $150,000 to $180,000+
ResponsibilitiesandDuties :
- Participateinpre-constructionactivitiesasneeded
- Actasliaisonwiththeclient,architect,consultants,andtheDepartmentofBuildingInspection
- Interfacewithsitesupervisors;lookforandimplementinnovativeconstructionmethods
- Prepareandmaintainprojectschedules
- Prepareprojectdocuments–clientchangeorders,subcontracts,subcontractorchangeorders,meetingminutes,letters,memorandums,notices,etc.
- Coordinatingwithonsitecontractorsinplanningandcoordinatingthestagesofconnectingnewsystemswithexistingutilitysystems
- Controlandmonitorsubcontractorsandmonitortheirperformance
- Managecostchanges,tracklegitimatechangeordersrequests,compilefairpricingforworkandforecastfinancialresultsaccurately
- Reviewandexpeditesubmittalsandmaterials,aswellasmonitorcriticalmaterialitemsanddeliveries
- Maintainqualitycontrolandproductionefficiency
- Maintainimmediateanddirectresponsibilityforproductionphasesoftheproject;resolveproductionproblems
- Overseethatjobsitesafetyproceduresarebeingfollowed
- ProvidefeedbackonproductioncoststotheEstimatingDepartment
- Developandleadthemarketresearchexecutionplanforproductdesignalternativesthatfitprojectbudgetanddesignintent
- Createthedesign / procurementexecutionplansthatfulfillcontractualprojectscopeobligationsandprovidepotentialcostsavingdesignandenergyefficientsolutionsbasedoncurrentsubtier(supplier,manufacturer)markettrends
- Establishprojectprotocolsanddevelopplanstoorganizeandcommunicateproductliterature,O&Mmanuals,RFI’sandsubmittalsassociatedwithdesignclarificationandproductsubstitutionstoalldesignstakeholdersontheproject
- CreatetheBIMexecutionplansalignedcohesivelywithdesigndocuments,subcontractordesign-buildtradesandconstructabilityconstraints
