We're seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to help us lead this charge. As an Account Executive at FloWater, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, passionately building and managing a robust sales funnel from start to finish. Responsibilities and Role :

• Cold Calling & Networking : Use direct methods (in-person, phone, email) and indirect methods (networking) to engage prospective customers within targeted verticals
• Lead Generation : Identify and create high-quality leads, building a solid customer target list
• Sales Funnel Management : Develop and maintain a robust business portfolio, continuously filling the sales funnel from start to finish
• Presentations : Conduct weekly in-person and virtual pitch presentations to potential new customers
• Performance Tracking : Track and report on sales performance, consistently exceeding daily / weekly / monthly pipeline build activities and quotas
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with teammates to build strong camaraderie and teamwork

Compensation : This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation. On Target Earnings / OTE of $110K+ annually (base salary and lucrative commission), as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
