Weekend Wellness Nurse

Wound care. Medication Management. Provide nursing services to residents. Communication with families and physicians. Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments. Hands-on nursing care. Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians. Communicate care plan changes to staff. Audit e. MARS, med cart. Participate in training of care staff Qualifications Who You Are : RN / LPN License that is active and in good standing. A passion to work with our amazing seniors! Outstanding communication skills. Ability to work hard, support your team and build fun into the job.
