Key Role Responsibilities

We're looking for a Building Engineer who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, efficient, and running at their best. This role handles day-to-day building operations, maintenance, inspections, and contractor oversight to support a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.

Building Operations & Safety

• Follow all applicable codes, regulations, safety standards, and internal directives related to building operations.
• Inspect and monitor major building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC (chillers, pumps, VFDs), plumbing systems (pumps, backflows), and lighting, to ensure proper function and comfortable environmental conditions.
• Maintain an energy management approach that emphasizes efficient operation and cost control.
• Assist with fire and evacuation drills.
